A self-taught artist, Louise began drawing at the age of three and continued to explore art throughout her childhood. After years of creative dormancy, she once again found inspiration upon joining Fountain House. Her primary mediums are watercolor, pastel, and collage on paper. Louise believes in using her artwork to advocate for those who are marginalized.  She was an “Artist of the Month” at Long Island’s North Bellmore Public Library, where her work was presented in a solo exhibition.
