A self-described "military brat" born in Oklahoma, Terrenceo began drawing and making collages in early childhood. He is primarily self-taught but studied for a time at California Institute of the Arts. Among the mediums in which he works are acrylic, digital art, and graffiti street art, and he has presented street performance art internationally. Terrenceo often depicts in his pieces contemporary themes that examine social development, with a particular focus on the experience of the African American male.
